Becoming a Contractor with Zypwork: Our 4-step verification process: 

  1. Application Phase: Providers must fill out an “onboarding application” which gathers various business information and requires them to specify what types of projects they are qualified for so that they can be categorized into Zypwork’s network and assigned to jobs more easily through our platform. 
  2. Due diligence Phase: A formal background check is run on the contractor (which includes proof of employment through actual on site visits/follow ups). We provide quality control by looking into the performance history of each new applicant on previous projects they completed to measure whether their skills meet Zypwork’s standards. 
  3. Activation Phase: Setting up and verifying Zypwork provider profiles, ensuring that they are made available for appropriate projects on our network and mapping their skills to the services that we offer. 
  4. Contract Phase: Zypwork aids each provider in completing all the forms they will need in order for us to issue payment for completed projects. 

This one-time vetting process is the key to how Zypwork provides efficient hiring of qualified contractors more quickly. This allows us to save our contracting partners a lot of headaches because by going through Zypwork’s process, they will only need to complete this process once, and without the need to pay lawyer fees to prepare individual-project agreements. We also partner with on demand insurance companies who can provide contractors with links which enable them to quickly and conveniently set up the necessary coverage options for each project. Hassle free. We can also assist contractors who have their own agents to quickly produce the necessary documentation for their projects.
